1) In a Windows Explorer folder (left), you want to highlight all the even-numbered files in the list so that you can delete all of them at once.
2) Depress ; click the .	3) Keep depressed; click the .	4) Keep depressed; click the .
5) Once all of the unwanted files have been highlighted, let up the button and then use the button to eliminate the highlighted files.

Note:  This option is good for selecting numerous unwanted emails (such as spam) and then deleting them all at once.
