The Dow plunged a momentous 1,164.52 points, and the S&P 500 dropped 165.17 points.  These were their biggest losses since June 11, 2020.  The Dow has entered correction territory again, with a 14.4% decline from its all-time high close of 36,799.65 on Jan. 4.
