Graphic Repairs and Modifications

Sometimes, it is necessary to repair a photo which has been damaged or to modify a photo in some way to make it more presentable on a web page or to be printed as a hard copy.  In such cases, it is a good idea to have a graphics program which can be used to make the necessary changes.
